"Camera is fine, just feels a bit cheap"
Camera works okay. No big issues. Picture is fine too. But the body feels kind of light. A little plasticky. Not terrible, just not super solid.
The stand is the part I noticed most. Doesn’t feel very sturdy. It hasn’t broken or anything. I just wouldn’t trust it after a few drops. For the price, I expected a bit more...

"Not really worth the price"
I paid more than I should have for this, and because the app feels clunky, it just makes the whole service frustrating to use. For what it actually does, I don’t feel like it’s worth the money

"Night vision is okay, but nothing special"
I bought the Hubble camera mainly so I could check on my baby at night without going into the room and waking them up, because that extra trip in there is usually unnecessary. The night vision does work, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing.
When the room is completely dark, the image gets grainy, and faces can look kind of washed out. I can still see if my baby is moving or awake, so it does the basic job, but it’s not as clear as I hoped.
For the price, I expected the night picture to be a little sharper. It’s not a terrible camera, just average in this area. I’d give it 3 stars since it works, but the night vision could definitely be better...

"Battery life is honestly ridiculous"
I’m genuinely annoyed by how fast this thing dies. I’ll charge it, think I’m good to go, and then somehow it’s already running low again after barely using it. Like… what’s the point if I have to keep babysitting the battery all day? It’s especially frustrating when I actually need it to stay on. For what it costs, I expected way better than this. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again...

"Sleep tracking is hit or miss"
It works decent most nights, but the sleep times aren’t always right. A few times it said my baby was asleep when he was clearly moving around, so I don’t fully trust the numbers. It’s not terrible, just not as accurate as I hoped. I haven’t bothered contacting customer service because, i don’t really trust that they’d do much besides give me a generic answer

"The motion alerts work okay for the..."
The motion alerts work okay for the most part, though they do show up late sometimes. At first I was like, fine, I can deal with that. But then the sound started being hit or miss, it got annoying fast. When it works, it’s useful, but when it doesn’t, it kind of defeats the purpose

I was hoping this would work better, but it keeps dropping the signal even from the next room. Frustrating when you’re expecting it to stay connected...

"Support takes way too long"
I reached out to Hubble support because my camera wouldn’t connect, it took days just to get a response. When they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote, which made the whole thing even more annoying.
I sent over more details like they asked, then ended up waiting again with no clear idea of what was supposed to happen next. It was just slow back-and-forth messages without an actual fix, which is really frustrating when you’re dealing with something as important as a baby monitor.

"App always seems to cut out at the worst time"
I really wanted to like this, but the app just hasn’t been dependable for me. It freezes, logs me out randomly, and sometimes the camera won’t load at all. I’ve restarted the app, the monitor, my phone, basically everything, and it still happens. There’s just something about it that feels too unreliable for something I’m supposed to count on.

"Setup was way more trouble than it should’ve been"
I spent way too long trying to get it set up, and even after all that, it still didn’t connect properly. Maybe I just got a bad one, but based on this experience, I’d be hesitant to expect an easy setup from this product.

"Warranty replacement finally made it"
I did end up getting the replacement, so credit where it’s due. The warranty process just took its sweet time, because apparently patience is part of the package. But in the end, it got sorted.

"I’ve had this camera for a few weeks..."
I’ve had this camera for a few weeks now, and the Wi-Fi has been a constant headache. It keeps dropping, keeps going offline, and keeps acting like it’s nowhere near the router even though the router is literally in the next room. Everything else in my house stays connected fine, so I really don’t think it’s my internet.
The app is just as frustrating because it keeps saying reconnect or that it can’t find the device, then out of nowhere it’ll work again like nothing happened. Then it drops again. Then it reconnects again. It’s especially annoying when I actually need to check on something. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"The audio is seriously bad!!"
I was really hoping these would be decent, but the sound is so muffled and it keeps cutting out!! It makes listening to anything frustrating.

"Just wasn’t worth the monthly price"
I really didn’t feel like the subscription gave me enough for what it costs. A lot of the stuff I actually wanted to use was locked behind the paid plan, and even after paying, it still felt kind of basic. Not much there. I expected it to offer more value, honestly. Ended up cancelling because I couldn’t justify paying for it every month.

"Decent video, but not quite up to my standards"
The video quality is okay overall, and most of the time it does the job. That said, I’m particular about clarity, and it gets blurry more often than I’d like. The night view is usable, but I wouldn’t call it impressive. I’ve also noticed a little lag here and there. It works fine, but for the price, I was expecting a sharper and more consistent picture.
